Lead Management

A pipeline for the leads already messaging you on WhatsApp.

Every conversation becomes a lead card with a stage, a lead score and a deal value. Drag it forward as it progresses, and see your conversion rate update as you go.

The problem

A WhatsApp lead with nowhere to live but a phone.

Without a pipeline, "how many leads do we have and how far along are they" is a question someone has to scroll through chats to answer — and the answer is out of date the moment they finish.

The solution

A board that mirrors where every lead really is.

Wovara turns every WhatsApp conversation into a lead card on a Kanban pipeline, with a score and deal value that make prioritizing and forecasting a matter of looking at the board.

What the pipeline gives you

A drag-and-drop pipeline

Move a lead card from New Lead through Interested, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Follow Up, Won or Lost — by dragging it, or from a quick menu on the card.

Lead score on every card

Each lead carries a score visible right on its card, so the leads most worth calling next stand out without opening every profile.

Deal value, totalled per stage

Attach a deal value to a lead and see it roll up into a running total for each pipeline column, plus an overall figure across the whole board.

Chat without leaving the board

Jump straight from a lead card into its WhatsApp conversation in the shared inbox, then come back to the pipeline.

Search the board

Find a specific lead by name or phone across every stage, instead of scrolling every column looking for it.

Conversion rate, calculated for you

The share of leads that reach Won is calculated automatically from your pipeline, so you always know the current close rate.

Where this shows up day to day

A sales rep works their day from the board

Every WhatsApp enquiry starts as a New Lead card. The rep drags it forward as the conversation progresses, and the card’s lead score tells them which one to prioritize next.

A manager reviews the pipeline without pulling anyone off calls

The per-stage deal value totals and the conversion rate at the top give a manager a real read on the pipeline’s health in one glance.

A team catches leads that have gone cold

A card sitting in Follow Up with no recent movement is easy to spot on the board and easy to act on — open the chat and re-engage from the same screen.

How it works

01

A lead comes in

A new WhatsApp conversation, a CSV import or a manual add creates a lead card at New Lead.

02

Move it forward

Drag the card through your stages as the conversation and lead score develop.

03

Close it out

Mark it Won or Lost, and see the deal value and conversion rate update on the board.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the pipeline stages come from?

Every contact has a lifecycle stage — New Lead, Interested, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Follow Up, Won or Lost — that the pipeline board is built directly on top of. Moving a card updates the same field shown on the contact’s record.

How is the lead score calculated?

Each contact carries a lead score that reflects their engagement and profile, shown as a number on their pipeline card and in the contact list, so your team can prioritize without guessing.

Can I add a lead to the pipeline manually, not just from an incoming WhatsApp message?

Yes. Add a lead directly from the pipeline page, or import a list by CSV — both create the same kind of contact record a WhatsApp conversation would.
