The problem
Without a record of every send and its numbers, "was that offer worth repeating" turns into a guess instead of an answer you can look up.
The solution
Wovara keeps a running table of every campaign — status, recipients, delivered, read rate and reply rate — plus the totals across all of them, refreshed automatically as sends complete.
See every campaign you have ever run — draft, scheduled, running, completed, failed or cancelled — in a single table instead of hunting through old sends.
Each campaign shows how many messages were sent, delivered and read, plus the reply rate, so you know which sends actually get a response.
Total campaigns, messages sent, delivered and read are summarized across your whole account, so you do not have to add up individual campaigns yourself.
A campaign’s status tells you exactly where it stands — still scheduled, currently running, or finished — so nothing is left ambiguous.
See it in Wovara
| Campaign | Status | Sent | Read Rate | Reply Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Diwali storewide sale | COMPLETED | 12,480 | 68% | 9% |
| Cart recovery — Nov | RUNNING | 3,204 | 41% | 14% |
| New branch launch | SCHEDULED | — | — | — |
With every campaign listed alongside its read and reply rate, spotting which offer or message performed better is a matter of scanning the table, not exporting data.
The aggregate stats at the top answer "how much did we send this month and how much of it got read" without a status meeting.
A campaign stuck in Failed or with an unusually low delivered count is visible in the same table as everything else, not hidden until someone happens to check.
Building your first send? See WhatsApp Broadcasts.
Build it from a segment and an approved template, same as a broadcast.
Watch its status move from scheduled to running as messages go out.
Check delivered, read and reply rate once it completes, next to every other campaign you have sent.
Broadcasts is where you build and send one message to a segment. Campaigns is where every one of those sends lives afterward, with its own status and performance numbers, alongside the totals across all of them.
Reply rate is the share of sent messages where the contact replied afterward, calculated per campaign so you can see which sends actually started a conversation.
Yes — a campaign can sit in Scheduled status until its send time arrives, then moves to Running and finally Completed once every message has gone out.
