WhatsApp Automation

Automate the WhatsApp moments that repeat.

Scripted, keyword-triggered flows handle the questions your team answers fifty times a day, and a connected store can trigger order and cart messages on its own — all deterministic, all under your control.

Flow: “Business hours” · Running

The problem

The same five questions, answered by hand, all day.

Hours, location, order status, "do you deliver here" — a real person retyping the same answer dozens of times a day is time that could go to the conversations that actually need a human.

The solution

Say it once, let the flow say it every time after.

Build a scripted flow for anything with a fixed answer, and let store events trigger the messages that would otherwise need someone watching the order queue.

What you can automate

Keyword-triggered flows

Build a scripted flow that replies when a contact sends a specific keyword — an opening-hours message, a "press 1 for sales" style menu, an out-of-hours reply.

Deterministic, by design

A flow says exactly what you wrote and nothing else — no model generating an answer, so the response is predictable every time.

Store events become WhatsApp messages

Connect Shopify or WooCommerce and let order updates, abandoned-cart nudges and delivery notifications go out on WhatsApp automatically.

Draft, run, pause

A flow can sit in draft while you build it, then be switched to running and paused again without losing its configuration.

Where this shows up day to day

An out-of-hours menu that never sleeps

A keyword like "hours" or the first message after closing time triggers a flow with your hours and a way to leave a message — no one has to be online to send it.

Cart abandonment, without a manual follow-up list

A WooCommerce or Shopify store connected to Wovara can trigger a WhatsApp nudge when a cart is left behind, with the product and a link back to checkout.

A simple menu that routes people to the right place

A flow with buttons for "Sales", "Support" and "Order status" gets a new contact to the right answer, or into the shared inbox for a human, without a rep touching it first.

How it works

01

Build a flow

Write the keyword or button menu and the reply it should send.

02

Connect your store (optional)

Link Shopify or WooCommerce so order and cart events can trigger a message.

03

Run it

Switch the flow live, and pause or edit it any time as your process changes.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as the AI agent?

No. This automation is scripted — keyword in, fixed reply out — and never changes what it says. If you want something that writes its own replies from your FAQs and files, that is the separate AI Agent product.

What triggers an automated store message?

Connecting Shopify or WooCommerce from Settings → Integrations lets store events like an order update or an abandoned cart trigger a WhatsApp message, using the details from that order.

Can I turn a flow off without deleting it?

Yes. A flow can be paused at any time and resumed later with the same configuration — nothing is lost by pausing it.
