The problem
Tools built on reverse-engineered access can be shut off by Meta without warning, taking your number and every open conversation with them. That risk is not worth whatever it saves.
The solution
Wovara's WhatsApp connection runs entirely on Meta's own Cloud API. On top of that, outgoing webhooks are live for real-time integration, and a general REST API for reading and writing your data programmatically is being built — we'd rather tell you where that stands than let you find out the hard way.
Every message sent and received goes through Meta’s own WhatsApp Business Platform, connected via Embedded Signup — no unofficial or reverse-engineered integration in the middle.
Register an endpoint and receive real-time events — messages sent, delivered and read, contacts created or updated, campaigns completed, templates approved — signed so you can verify each delivery.
Connect a number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app without giving it up, through Embedded Signup’s coexistence option.
Create and revoke named API keys today from Settings → API Keys, stored securely, ahead of general REST API access going live.

Create an API key now from Settings → API Keys so you are ready when general access opens up.
Not yet. You can create and manage API keys from Settings → API Keys, but no endpoint currently accepts them for general programmatic access. We are building this out and will publish the reference and enable key authentication together — existing keys will work immediately once it ships.
Outgoing webhooks are live: subscribe an endpoint to events like message received, message delivered, contact updated or template approved, and Wovara will push them to you in real time, signed so you can verify the sender. Yes. Wovara connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform — what used to be called the WhatsApp Business API — through Meta’s own Embedded Signup, the same official onboarding Meta provides to its Solution Partners. There is no unofficial layer between your number and WhatsApp.
